1. Who controls your personal data?

Intelidatia is based in Spain. It does not claim a local company, office or establishment in the country selected on an international landing page.

2. International enquiry form

We collect your name, work email, company, company-size range and description of the workflow. We also collect phone, current tools and desired timeline only when you provide them, plus the consent time and IP address for evidence and abuse prevention.

Purpose: review and answer your exploratory enquiry and assess whether a conversation would be useful. Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Submitting the form is not an offer, contract, order or payment. Required fields are necessary to understand and reply to the request. We retain enquiry data while handling it and for up to two years afterwards to manage follow-up and potential responsibilities, unless a different legal retention period applies.

3. Analytics and attribution

Analytics is disabled until you consent through the cookie controls. UTM attribution is stored with your enquiry only when analytics consent is active at submission time. You can withdraw that consent from Cookie preferences in the footer.

4. Recipients and processors

Intelidatia does not sell personal data. Service providers may process the minimum data required to host the website, store the enquiry and send email. Current providers can include Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Google Workspace, and Meta/WhatsApp only when you choose that channel.

Where processing involves countries outside the EEA, the controllers rely on an applicable adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where valid for the provider, or Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures as required.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email intelidatia@intelidatia.com and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for proportionate identity evidence.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Depending on where you live, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.

6. Security and further information

We use proportionate organisational and technical controls, access restrictions and data minimisation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. See the cookie policy for browser storage and analytics, and the legal notice for website ownership.
