- Scope, acceptance boundaries and budget for the first delivery phase.
- A final working session and a reusable decision document.

What is not included
The sprint does not include full software development, production automation, migration of live data or a guarantee that custom development is the right answer.
Credited to the first phase
The full €1,500 is credited against a first delivery phase of at least €10,000 when contracted within 30 days of the final sprint meeting.
