1. Who controls your personal data?

Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and other applicable data-protection rules.

2. International enquiry form

We collect your name, work email, company, company-size range, description of the workflow, and—only when supplied—phone, current tools and desired timeline. We also record the consent time and IP address for evidence and abuse prevention.

Purpose: review and answer the enquiry, assess fit and, where requested, prepare a commercial conversation or proposal. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where you ask us to take steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Required fields are necessary to understand and reply to the request. We retain enquiry data while handling it and for up to two years afterwards to manage follow-up and potential responsibilities, unless a contractual or legal retention period applies.

3. Analytics and attribution

Analytics is disabled until you consent through the cookie controls. UTM attribution is stored with your enquiry only when analytical consent is active at submission time. You can withdraw that consent from Cookie preferences in the footer.

4. Recipients and processors

Intelidatia does not sell personal data. Service providers may process the minimum data required to host the website, store the enquiry and send email. Current providers can include Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (business email) and, only where chosen by you, Meta/WhatsApp.

Where processing involves countries outside the EEA, Intelidatia relies on an applicable adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where valid for the provider, or Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures as required.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email intelidatia@intelidatia.com and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for proportionate identity evidence.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If you are in Ireland, you may also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission, particularly where the GDPR cooperation mechanism applies.

6. Security and further information

We use proportionate organisational and technical controls, access restrictions and data minimisation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. See the cookie policy for browser storage and analytics, and the legal notice for website ownership.
